Emily Ahnell began her family law practice after she noticed a need in the community for unbundled legal services. In addition to family law, Emily also defends employers and insurance carriers before administrative agencies, and represents employers and insurance carriers in civil litigation matters in Federal and State Courts.
In 2004, as an Associate for Ogborn, Summerlin, and Ogborn, Emily began her practice in civil litigation, including complex products liability cases and employment law. When she moved to Hall & Evans in 2005, her practice focus narrowed to the exclusive representation of employers and insurance carriers in workers’ compensation claims and civil litigation.
While Emily still practices civil defense, she now also applies her legal prowess to deliver exceptional unbundled family legal services to her clients and the problems they face.
